Why football, swimming and posture training together?

It is recommended for the kids to get into professionalism after the age of 12 years to avoid interfering with the growing process at early age.
Meanwhile, the life process of kids requires a healthy program developed in order for the child to reach his/her utmost level possible whilst protecting and maintaining good health.
Kids U12 must not practice only one sport, but on the contrary, should practice at least 2 and discover others as well.
At Kids Development, our main interest is football. It is a high impact sport where, if not practiced well at early age, chronic injuries may occur. The second sport highlighted by our group is swimming. Swimming is a low impact sport where the child can stretch dynamically and change the stress points on his/her body. Our third interest is posture training where we help children develop healthy strength and prevent poor posture related with sports or to the activities of daily living.
When the three disciplines are practiced together (or more in some cases) between the ages of 0 and 12, body strength and the performance of the nervous system are improved. The connection of neurons, specifically ‘the place cells’ (discovered in 1971) and ‘the grid cells’ (discovered in 2005), are better connected.
Those 2 types of neurons allow us to understand our position in any given space by storing and integrating information about location, distance, and direction (grid cells) generating virtual maps of our surroundings and playing a role in the episodic memory (place cells) where training for the child boosts memory and imagination to be better linked in the brain.
What we may call a way of intelligence that helps for the sport development process, in particular football, the Grid Cell Theory explains how players will be able to visualize hundreds of play choices in 5 to 10 seconds in a game. Players will rely on the Grid Cells to organize the information quickly to make split second decisions.
